IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
For cupcakes, the minimum order is 6 pieces and for Mini Cheesecakes, the minimum order is 3 pieces.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
The delivery charge starts from RM5 per order depending on the area.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made.
WILL I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER MAKING PAYMENT?
No refund will be given if the order has been activated. You can defer the order to another date.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD DELIVERY TIMELINE?
An order will be activated once payment is received. Once an order is activated, delivery will be 3 days (72 hours) later or as per requested delivery date.
DO YOU OFFER PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION?
No, we do not offer product customization for now.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA COVERAGE?
We currently deliver to selected areas within Selangor and Klang Valley. Please refer to the Delivery Areas section.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMELINE FOR BULK ORDERS?
This would depend on the items and quantity ordered. We can discuss further prior to order confirmation.
CAN I SELF-COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes, you can self-collect your order.
IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR SELF-COLLECT?
No additional charge for self-collect.
